Early Renovation

Our earliest renovation efforts focused on making the building “tighter,” effectively converting it into a more secure (and safer) work environment. Windows were replaced, a new roof laid, a new sprinkler system was added, a new electrical service was introduced, and pipes were updated – it was a slow and measured approach that insured the achievement of every critical aspect of the restoration.
