Later Renovation

There were a number of improvements implemented with our later renovations. New flooring was added, the interior was repainted, and updated airflow systems were installed. We also added new production equipment for our operations. The overall result was a brighter, more welcoming work environment, both for TPG employees working in the space as well as tenants capitalizing upon the redesigned interior.
