Recent Updates

As you can see from the accompanying images, our restoration efforts haven’t slowed down. Inside, we installed a new, multi-purpose lift to enable the delivery and storage of materials on all floors. Outside, we added a truck scale and semi-roof cleaner for the removal of rooftop snow from our shipping trailers during the winter months.

Our latest project is the partial removal of a 150-foot smokestack from the building. Adjudged to be in disrepair and a potential danger to those working here, we spent a great deal of time, energy and funding on addressing the situation. It was an imposing undertaking, one which required the services of a variety of vendors to lower its height and fill it in with cement – here are some pictures that highlight the many aspects of this undertaking.
