PRE Renovation

As you can see by this compilation of images, 84 Fairmount was in pretty tough shape when TPG decided to restore it - broken windows on every floor, crumbling facades, debris piled up inside and out, a leaky roof, and entryways in disarray. It was an imposing project to undertake - one to which TPG has devoted countless man hours and funding.
